At RichieLight.com, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, this Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be processed.


1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
  • The product must not fall under any non-returnable category (see Section 2).

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Damaged products caused by misuse, negligence, or accident
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Gift cards or promotional coupons

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@richielight.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs (if applicable).
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping label if applicable.
  4. Securely pack the item to avoid damage during return transit.

Please do not send your item back without prior authorization from our support team.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If the product is returned damaged or used, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

5. Replacements and Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect items received (different product than what was ordered)

If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact@richielight.com with order details and supporting images.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if they are still in processing stage and have not yet been shipped.

To cancel an order, email us at contact@richielight.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the order must be handled as a return under this policy.


7. Shipping and Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns unless the return is due to our error.
  • In case of prepaid return labels issued by us (for incorrect or damaged items), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).
  • Contact your bank. Processing time may vary.
