- RichieLight.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or force majeure events.
6. Order Cancellation and Modification
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
- To cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at contact@richielight.com.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will be handled as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
